Every Monday night for the last couple months now the WNKK (Wild n Krazy Kids) spin anything they want at the Beauty Bar on 19th and Mission in San Francisco. It’s usually mashups of hip-hop, metal, 80s you name they do it; they’re fuckin’ BADASS by the way. On this particular night, things were a little different.
I never thought I would live in a city that would win a world series in my lifetime. I have to admit I did “jump on the bandwagon,” but who wouldn’t it was more of a growing unity between anyone and everyone. No matter from what cultural background or monetary class, everybody seemed to get along. I can’t even begin to tell you how people looked like. It seemd they had reached some type of nirvana. All was good until later in the night when the riot police came out and started arresting citizens. Sfgate said it best, “San Francisco celebrated with Joyful Mayhem!”
